Science in the Park is a free, family-friendly event packed with hands-on activities and exciting discoveries.
Scientists from the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, alongside colleagues from across the University’s science departments, have organised a fun day of interactive, science-focused activities.
The event is primarily aimed at children aged 5–12, although everyone is welcome. Meet real scientists, test your balance, and take part in a range of engaging experiments — there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Taking place during the school holidays on Tuesday 21 July 2026, 10am–3pm, at University Parks, Oxford (look out for the gazebos).
Don’t miss the bonus activity at the Museum of Natural History for even more science fun!
No registration is required — just come along and enjoy a day of learning and exploration. For any questions, please email public.engagement@dpag.ox.ac.uk.
