IT Services courtyard transformed

We created a new outdoor recreation area in a small, tightly-enclosed courtyard at the University Computing Service on Banbury Road. What was a dingy, unattractive space has been reborn as a pleasant place for staff, students and visitors to spend time in through additions such as wooden decking and container planting.

The basement yard has been transformed into a private break out space for staff to use, with trompe-l'œil trellis creating the illusion of depth, and mirrors to reflect as much light as possible in this shady space.
