Plant of the Week

Philadelphus Manteau d’Hermine, commonly known as the mock orange or syringa, can be found growing in the Pavilion border in the Parks. It’s a lovely, easy-to-grow plant which doesn’t grow higher than 1.2 metres, so it’s perfect for a small garden. It produces its white, heavenly-scented flowers in great profusion, and thrives in a sunny position with any ordinary garden soil.
