What to do about those Chafer Grubs

Rothermere Lawn

Rothermere American Institute - After

The Chafer Grub is a beetle larva that feeds on plant roots, especially grasses, leaving scruffy, yellow turf with pieces pulled up by birds and animals searching for the grubs as a tasty treat.

Our team battles the soil dwelling enemy by stripping and replacing damaged turf. We have worked especially hard to rectify the damaged caused to the lawns at the Rothermere American Institute in South Parks Road.
